Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with N.J. Croce Co. All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.


1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If a significant delay is expected for your shipment, we will reach out to you directly via email.

2. Shipping Carriers

We utilize the following major carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please understand that actual transit times may vary based on the carrier and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

N.J. Croce Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at nick@njcroce.com.

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or error, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on how to proceed.

7. Returns & Shipping Address

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All authorized returns must be shipped to the following address:
